Amazing wands, but dont u think that flat lightning+incspell damage in implicit is better than double dmg?

according to POB double damage gives 1.9% more dmg them both u just mentioned.

im currently trying to craft a 3 implicit with double dmg/cast/light flat gives me extra 9.5 % dps

i did it atlast , dual wield multimod wand . i think now im going for double wrath watchers eye. oh boi .. its 9ex minimum atm :3

i'd like to thank op for this build. well-thought and versatile. i did this build as experiment for league start and didn't liked storm brand mechanics much. but it got a potential tho.

killed uberelder mins ago. it took my 4 ports. here's my gear (bought inpulsa before fight&didnt tested on map):

Love the build, I'm crushing everything I encountered so far (only T15 maps until now, but the only mod i need to watch out for is temp chains). Never had this few deaths when unlocking red maps.

Should I get another round of upgrades for my rares before crafted wands/inpulsa's?

Was thinking about helmet with enchant and 7 link (missing AoE atm), but looks like I would have to craft this one myself.

Gloves and boots seem fine. (Boots need enchant ofc)

Belt could use more life/mana and some damage.

What stats to look for on an amulet?

Any other tips? (will replace faster casting with controlled destruction as soon as it has reached 20/20)
