I crafted aspect of the spider skill on my ring, so i assume that x% hinder enemies on my abyss jewels isn't necessary now. Am i right?
What to change aside from getting 21 gems? I feel like my damage is severely lacking on bosses...

Your gear is fine. This is not a build who can rush bosses in no time, it can however endure a long fight with the movement skills, positioning and you do damage all time, don't need to stop and attack. Also your gloves got wrong support gem mod. You need "supported by trap and mine damage".

So now I am again using lightning spire trap. My flame dash moved with faster casting in my dagger. Herald of lighting is sitting alone. And I've kept VAal storm call in my head. With it I can even use normal storm call on minions in a boss fight, activate innervate, then throw lightning spire trap and use VAal storm call on the boss. It does quite well, have to test it on the guardians though. Also I've respecced out of scion life wheel and double curses. Now sitting at 5.4k life and 1.7k unreserved mana, so I guess something like 6.5k ehp? I feel, like I finally can craft some mana, maybe on the helmet.

Until you get to extreme levels of minmaxing, the brand single target damage isn't spectactular. To pump it up you need to try and squeeze in damage where you can. You haven't got any damage on your jewelley at all, that's potentially 100-150% increased damage (on top of the rest of your damage of course, so not 150% more!) and cast speed. Possibly conversion and penetration too.

You can try and squeeze in a vaal righteous fire for some more burst damage.
Aspect of the spider is good, but it does eat into your eHP.
You want to run a couple of dps flasks too. Atziri's promise is cheap, gives you chaos res, more leech and damage. Wise oak takes some fiddling with resists but is good damage (And defense if you can perfectly balance).
Cinderswallow is 10% increased damage taken, plus some nice sustain for mapping.

You can't guarantee uptime of the flasks for a long boss fight, but they definitely help.

That Sceptre is decent. A nice multimod is going to be about 20% more damage, but will be at least a few ex in crafting costs.

The gloves aren't giving you a lot - trap support does nothing, and throwing an extra trap isn't much use for lightning spire, as can't spam them. Either get some pseudo 5/6 trap gloves, fenmumus weave for aspect of the spider, or just some better defensive gloves.

Not a huge amount you can do gear wise for general improvements (Nice Boots by the way!).
You should look at using at least one damage flask, you could use a wise oak as lightning res is higher. Triple balancing is going to be quite tricky for you though!
I like using a Cinderswallow flask. it's got nice sustain for mapping, plus a decent damage taken against bosses, if you can get a bit of fire damage on a jewel.

You could look at doing some gear swaps for mapping vs bossing. You don't need the lightning spire for mapping, and normal bosses, so you could use something different. Or use the gloves for mapping and swap in fenumus weave for end game bossing and use aspect of the spider - it eats into eHP, but damage and slows may be safer all round.

Have not had any problems with killing anything, went deathless thro t11 to t15's (never ran reflect maps), ran away a lot while dropping decoy and traps behind me while I got my fingers sorted, am 63 and they are not as flexible as they used to be :) saving t16's for the weekend, thanks again

Basically got this neck from some syndicate corruption, it has a lot of + dmg but lacks the leech.

Is this viable or is the leech an absolute must?
