You don't lose much time reconnecting and having to go through town again, that's maybe 5-6 seconds you lose there which is not a big deal at all.

If the idea is to test late-game content, you could run the same style 3 hour league, but in late-game content with pre-leveled characters.


Yes, I may have overseen your post.

But thats not the way I've meaned mine: 'high level based' dont stand for playing with high level chars, but for reaching high level with chars.
This demand longer terms for the ladder/race seasons...

Cause: the idea is not to test late-game, but to offer a challenge and to force players to play, to stay active and compete over a longer time period.
And the purpose of the beta races is also to create a situation with bundled, high load on the server(s): I'm not sure, if lots of "beginners" would (successful) participate on MoC-Races and also not if the players who already reached it would be enough in count.

Testing end game would be also a temporary thing like the whole MoC is, actually.

But you'll loose progress by the need for reentering and partial cleaning your top-spot(s) with every split...
(loosing exp by fighting lower level monsters again, loosing time while searching for exits again...)

Now, this may be stupid thing to ask, but can we disable aura visualy?
Becouse of 2 reasons:
-maybe you don't like the look of aura, but you would like to use it
-if auras are shown on minions and party members, it can maybe lower the fps on bad computers
