Skill Revamps - Part 6

We could really use some extra numbers on Charged Dash to actually evaluate it, most notably base damage % (89~109 currently but I'm pretty sure that's not staying like that, else CD is now a better Blade Flurry) and number of charges.
Excited to use the skill regardless though. I'm proud I made the build that got hotfix nerfed by 80% in under a week :

Can we get some Vaal Blight information before the league hits? I want to compare it to Death's Oath and Allelopathy, to see how I want to set up my league starter and if it is worth going for.
