Skill Revamps - Part 5

Based on your announcement of flameblast's changes and the 20/20 incinerate shown in ZiggyD's video, incinerate is just going to do *strictly* more damage than flameblast, for the same amount of time spent.

This is... a mistake.

I don't mind if incinerate is more efficient than flameblast (it deserves to have some spotlight!), but there's no good reason to drop flameblast as the biggest possible hit/igniter in the game. If you want it to be a viable boss killer, maybe double the maximum number of stages of flameblast? Or if you want incinerate to be more of a mapper rather than boss killer, maybe halve the number of incinerate stages? But if pulsing incinerate is going to do this much fucking damage, literally 0 people will play flameblast.

No improvement to bows? Really?

You killed Reach of the Council, then you nerf Barrage helm enchant, then you nerf Doomfletch (it's unviable late game), nerf poison (unusable with bows now), and now every bow is unviable late game, even though you spend 20 ex in a build.

All those nerfs make it look like bow characters were godlike before, which are definetely not the damn case

By the looks of the new Incinerate it actually greatly works in tandem with hybrid poison ignite building, as you now have a massive hit to guarantee an ignite on the end whilst the repeated hits also allow for the rapid stacking of poison.

Loving it but does this mean that this awesome new look looks even better with our incinerate microtransaction?
