Only problem with going this way with ignites is that phys2fire/cold2fire memebuilds are still ruined. Ignite changes still killed a lot of diversity and creativity.

Also nonsense to still not give us 100% conversion, whereas the issue before was ignite itself, and now that its more under control we should be allowed to gear and tweak dmg into certain elements. Balance what is broken, and put numbers back to 50% in what's now 40%.
Same goes for voltaxic as reflect is far from an issue nowadays as in its glory days, and its power has dropped vastly compared to newly arisen items and mods.

Incinerate

Incinerate looks promesing i always liked that skill mostly with spell echo hope this makes up for it.
The Vaal Righteous Fire should work like this instead:

Suspend the damage for X duration, on mobs and the player. Thus enabling the regeneration to be without degen for a duration. Upon ending the duration an explosion occurs dealing the burn dmg accumulated during the suspension to hit all at once. Full dmg on mobs, and an appropriate amount for the player.

In that way it would be like a panic evasion or great for when you can't stay close to the enemy mob (or the mob can't be targeted).

It would be great for combining with Vaal Immortal Call, and need good calculation on the part of the player to time the re-entry of the degen effect, and the big explosion.

Hey Bex, if by any chance you see this in the myriad of replies. Any additional news on Charged Dash? I know it was mentioned in the 1st skill revamp post but I'd love to hear more on that. It's by far the most fun skill I've used in a while and I would love to see it bounce back after the Ruthless interaction was nixed (for good reason).

Keep it up gang, I doubt I can be more hyped for next league, but I'm sure you can find a way :P
Maybe you can also enable swords for Ground Slam (like in the Tectonic Slam)...

Anyway keep in mind my previous warnings posts.

- How something looks is a temporal thing. You must focus into GREATLY improving the broken beyond playable ES/CI chain, the clean/direct caster damage, and the overall cleaning speed of the caster builds.
With the "1h 6L wipe" the PoE turns to a joke now.
There is no sane reason for one to play it any further.
Incinerate and Ground slam Look amazing,i just hope the damage will be there for the to be used!I was most exited about infernal blow,but i don't see any improvement in the way it attacks monsters!The main issue i found in that skill (It used to be my favorite skill) Is the problem that you have to be next to the enemy to hit it.It has no range of attack and that's the main reason if falls behind!Second,i don't see how the stages fix the low single target dmg at all to be honest.Sad,really sad they didn't pick up on that part!Oh well,at least we got 2 out of 5 right :D

The main target (and any targets hit by your Ancestral Call Support) now get an extra debuff when hit that can stack up to 6 times. When either a target with this debuff dies, the debuff's short duration expires, or 6 stacks are reached, the debuff explodes, dealing a large portion of weapon damage in an area.


This idea should give to Statick Strike. The mechanics that debuff is charged every hit, and it explodes by reaching a limit matches Lightning Attack rather than Fire Attack. Current Static Strike sucks because it just explodes with a certain delay after every hit.

Infernal Blow is just enough characteristic and useful as it is now.
