Who exactly wanted tougher snakes and yet another caster/ranged skill gem before desynch and melee was adressed? The duelist tree is the only possibly good news in this patch. I am coming to the conclusion that they either can't or won't fix the desynch issues and can't or won't make melee more viable. Six toons blasing away from a distance is the only sane way to play. i'm a graphics programmer and while i've run across specific issues with both types of hardware, and i have had about as many nvidia cards for gaming as i ve had ati cards, they both worked fine. Two Nvidia cards however were damaged, one already 2 weeks after i started running it, the other had driver issues (quadro card). AMD in general had slightly weaker driver support for OpenGL but it seems to be improving.

Can we make it an options setting to enable/disable passive confirmations? Default it to enabled, but allow us to disable if we so choose.

This is good news indeed and I eagerly await to receive the bountiful goodies you have in store for us over the years. Also looking forward to more micro transactions too, don't be a stranger on those either.

I would also ask that the passive skill allocation to be something you can disable, much like what one poster above said. It is just handy to have on the fly, especially if you have pre-planned a build.

Something else that would be nice is if (by release), the passive skill tree tool were backwards compatible. So that linking old builds doesn't result in a broken link every time the skill tree is changed. It's just really annoying in general, and also makes it hard to recreate all my character's builds when the tree is changed.

Great stuff, except that passive skill confirm., dosn't quite fit with the whole PoE feel of an ruthless world where bad decisions have consequences.
If ppl press wrong its their fault, they should just pay for it and learn.
