I don't fully understand the question. If the question is

It should be possible, but I don't know how the damage is gonna end up with a fairly low accuracy.. I would probably use RoA instead of Split Arrow in that case.

By speccing the build aimed at not having L's G you get Resolute Technique at the expense of having no crit at all, and therefore not taking any crit nodes.. This will generally improve your dps unless you have really high accuracy.
