I also have done 5L with around 40 fusings, but this armour is now sold so nothing to show for it I am afraid.

I have no evidence, but I would guess is it not anywhere as low chance to get 6L as this thread shows (also, I know my 28 fusings is lucky). It is usually the vocal people who use forums, not the majority - infact just comparing the population of active forum users vs gamers from other games I have played, a forum usually depicts an image to the contrary of how the game actually is.

Although there are indeed vast numbers of complainers, I feel the most active forum members are relatively neutral or lovers of the game. The best people to contribute here would be routine crafters who post not just that one 6L that took forever to craft, but many 6Ls that they craft for multiple characters, and getting lucky folks like you to contribute helps balance out the numbers.

Overall, I think if this thread is relatively obscure, yes, the data may become slanted. However, the more recognition it receives, the more likely that forum users of all stripes (and with all kinds of Fusing luck) will contribute, giving us the most accurate picture possible. It's important to keep a positive attitude and avoid biasing the thread towards "bad luck" or "good luck," instead welcoming all kinds of results.
