What does this mean? that ~90% of people will get 6 links with between 715 and 1198 fusings? IGN: Arlianth

is it conceivable some items more difficult to 6l/5l then others?

Is the chance of getting a 5L on 6S item bigger than on a 5S item or it doesn't matter ?
