so almost 2 week delay for the event anouncing just to come up with 2 races we already had? and than again random draw shit? and GGG still not able to do 4 Modes at once .. we hear that excuse now for what over a year that u can't host more than 3 .. well i guess after Garbinger i shouldn't be surprised

Hey guys, couple of questions maybe someone with more race experience can help with.

- Is there any boons to doing bosses ? Or is it ultimately level based, in terms of ranking? Does anything except level affect rank?
- Hardcore or softcore? Is there any tangible benefits to running in hardcore? (smaller pool, more likely to get loot in certain brackets maybe?)

For the people crying about the rewards, or the fact that the events are nothing new, this will probably be a SHOCK to you:
I'm gonna play them because they are F.U.N. And that's the only reason anyone should play them.

Remember that, even if the winners are randomly selected, these are MTXes that other people paid quite a hefty amount of cash to get.

First time I'm posting a reply because this influx of new players has really, really lowered the quality of replies and so many young people are writing without thinking, I actually gasped when I saw the rewards and I don't even play that much. VERY GOOD JOB on the prices this time, it feels worth my time and you don't give out too much so that people won't feel a need to buy stuff. Now for all the people whining, this is a game, a game created by a company, a company with employees that needs to get paid. Path of exile is a FREE TO PLAY game(we can discuss tabs but it's 100% playable without.) so, where do you get this sense of entitlement where you feel you deserve COSMETIC ITEMS? I don't get it at all. Thanks for your great work GGG and as I said this is the first time I post on a news story and probably the last.

In Mayhem, areas are inhabited by one of the following mods: 20 x Rogue Exiles, 20 x Tormented Spirits, 20 x Invaders, 20 x Strongboxes or 10 x Breaches. These mods are the same for all players and rotate once per hour.

that will be so much fun :D would love a full mayhem league :D
