Did anyone try Acrobatics?

Everyone seem to bash Evasion, I wonder if this skill is any good compared to Iron Reflexes.

I've tried it. And I love it. Granted, I've only played through Merciless difficulty. I haven't yet started into Maelstrom of Chaos yet, but I will soon.

Bear in mind, you only want to use this keystone on a ranged character. Melee characters suffer far more attacks than ranged ones and the shear number of attacks will overwhelm the benefit this keystone grants. But as long as you stay out of melee range, this keystone is better than (In My Opinion) Iron Reflexes because it offers a direct upgrade to your survivability rather than a conversion to a different type of survival mechanism.
Thanks, that's what I wanted to know :)
I have a bow ranger and I was heading toward this keystone.
I guess I'll try it then :)

The ability itself is decent if evasion is all you have for defense anyway, but the passive is debatably worth taking due to the number of points you need to get there.

I use the unique armor that gives Acrobatics on a 2h axe duelist. He doesn't get hit much with an increased AoE cleave killing melee mobs from a safe distance.

Iron Reflexes is usually worth taking, but not having a shield means I only have 1500 defense in chaos and the damage reduction it would give me at the cost of all evasion/dodge is laughable.
Yep, it's a little bit far, but there are some bow skills around this part.

I marked all the interesting skills here, I may drop the charges. I'm currently in the top part of the tree right now.

Does the dodge work against spells? That would seem like the best reason to pick it if it does, as it would be like 20% additional reduction in spell damage which evasion can normally not affect

No, it's only for attacks (the tooltip specifies this).
I've a melee ranger (who hasn't bothered picking a weapon specialization) whose first order of business was picking up this passive; haven't regretted it for a moment. She's cleared two maps in the Maelstrom so far (slowly, but then she's the only character I've ever actually taken there), which would probably be more if I could figure out where to stash all the loot.
I have wandered through insanity;
I have walked the spiral out.
Heard its twisted dreamed inanity
In a whisper, in a shout.
In the babbling cacophony
The refrains are all the same:

are unworthy of the name!"

Then this makes it very bad to remove energy shield, which is a spell defense, it provides some effect against melee attacks but with the armor removed it scales horribly and doesn't synergize with dex/int at all which it is near.

the increased survivability is good, but I don't think it warrants the Eshield removal.

The only time this could get anywhere near OP is if someone takes it with Chaos innoculation but even then, you have no armor which makes the eshield scale horribly. Wonder if this was considered :/

We have a plan for spell defence for acrobatics type characters. Trying to get it sorted for 0.9.7
