Unofficial Offline Skilltree Calc (Delete the Data folder to update. Stop posting "update please" )
hey..
you should make build simulator like gw2.. i can't see dps, life, mana, gears.. this is just useless... i see i can see increased damage stuff but total dps with gears.. is this game really popular? it has worse simulator than gw2. -- oh i see i can load my character items. and i can see mana, damage etc.. but where is total dps? or dps of skill? for total dps simulation you need to parse 900+ strings for identifiers and flag them correctly, then you need to use some obscure formulas from the mechanics thread in the right order to calculate dps.
I estimate it to be 150-200 hours of work, which I'm currently not interested in investing into a tool that i develop for free. but knock your self out. Last edited by Headhorr#5386 on Feb 7, 2013, 11:38:51 AM

"ah, okay. |

First of all thanks for this awesome tool.
I have one small request and that is to make the "skill highlighted nodes" work more than once, if you attempt to do it twice it will crash. Nothing to see here.

UPDATE: Fixed this by deleting the XML file that was packaged in the zip file. It was called POESkillTree.exe (but was an XML file). Once deleted it fires up just fine. Last edited by bringerofaxe#6267 on Feb 7, 2013, 11:10:12 PM

" hm, strange though, the xml file is an aplication config file. It allows .net applications to use systemfunctions like the default proxy settings and credentials. It shouldn't result in any problems. Well, you never know untill the first rans into one. @tat0010 please post your debug again. does the data folder contain a text file and another folder that contains images? |
