Solo Self-Found Manmode 1 Week Race (March 3rd Event)

I Suggest to make it 1 week /played - race, rarther than normal week. You immagine how many peoples will go sick after this? :PPPP

Count me in, sounds like fun.

This race would be a lot more interesting if Ground Slam and Lightning Strike were blacklisted. Everyone knows those abilities aren't true melee attacks and those builds have been done to death. Leaving them in the whitelist just ensures that the large majority of the racers will be some variant of the two making the race much less interesting than it could be. My 2 cents.

I don't really understand the inclusion of lightning strike, as it's largely a projectile skill, and combos easily with chain, fork, lmp, etc. Skill into RT and shock on hit, and you've basically a ranged spellcaster that always hits and can apply shock stacks... it's beastly with claws.

how about you start yours tomorrow. the benefits YOU posted in your OP are: devs get feedback on melee earlier, you are not "stealing" racers from them

I doubt anyone who's going to do this would be playing in this race otherwise. I certainly would not. It's a fun challenge, and since we know we're not in contention to win the actual race, we don't have to play 16 hours a day.

Races have separate stashes from other leagues and everyone starts with nothing. Not sure what you mean here.

Sounds like a fun idea. I will definitely be trying this out, but cannot play all that much. Best of luck to all.

Should we have a tag to put in front of our character names to designate them as part of this sub event maybe for tracking purposes?
