Build of the Week - Returning Soon

I think GGG lost a bit of good concepts to be applied to items, especially the BLUE ones.

Today we need the UNIQUES to play. Many of them to make a viable build.

So, I was thinking ... Why not create, for example, magic BLUE items that could have stats more powerfull than common RARES or have certain stats that even the forsaken masters could not be able to craft, making the player really want to farm or trade this type of item too. Actually magic BLUE items are pure trash in high levels. Then the player could upgrade this type of powerfull BLUE to a new RARE. This new item could became more powerfull than common rares dropped by the game and in certain cases more powerfull than UNIQUES.

It should be interesting to have a good build using a combo of rares, uniques and why not, magic BLUE items!
