That's a pleasant surprise: I hold 2nd position Templar. :-)
Grats YeahPete! I'm disappointed IMDisappoint wasn't able to catch you as I predicted a duelist to win. ;-)
My teammate Lickashot [Veilsing] and I placed 45/46 overall. He was a bow Duelist and I played a staff Templar. We got lucky with skill gem drops and I pretty much had all the skills I intended to use by the time we hit The Prisoner's Gate.
We definitely had a few sphincter tightening moments, and unfortunately, Lickashot had two unexpected disconnections, one forcing us to redo Merveil.
Good times!

Characters from this league have been moved back to the hardcore league now.
Someone mentioned their stash items in this thread. As noted in the OP, stash items are lost.
However, you may actually get the items from these tourneys back one day when we add support for remove only stash tabs. No promises though!

I meant to choose a new unique. If I had known one of the other winners was going to choose the Imperial Casque I would've gone with the Regal Greaves.
And as it is such so also as such is it unto you

I was the other one who chose the Imperial Casque, I asked for opinions here first before I chose but since there were no replies I just decided on a random new one that looked good.

Posting numbers from each class with a comment:
Marauders were extremely consistent, with a value of about 3 % (again the lowest!), rangers at 6 %, duelist and witch at 8% is still consistent, while
templars are showing a whopping 22 % has a huge spread in leveleability.
Values for another stat is marauder 7.4, duelist, ranger and witch 7.3! Templars are the odd man out at 7.0 at this ladderrace!
Because the numbers are pretty fine I will introduce another stat to give a better resolution at these numbers and to better the . These numbers are: 1.10 for marauder, 1.05 for duelist, 1.01 for ranger and 1.00 for witches and again templars last with only 0.84!
Overall the marauder seems to have been worked out to a science, while the rest is a lot more open for interpretation.
There does not seem to be any significant difference in the ability of the different classes in this type of competition though templars was a one-man-army!
The stats should be taken with several truckloads of salt as grouping and a lot of other issues are not covered in those data.
The stats are slightly obscured to make it a little less obvious what has been calculated. If you know enough about math to guess it you are encouraged to comment. Balance-whine is not encouraged though.
My only issue with these posts you make is that you just say here's a stat, without saying what that stat actually is or how you got to it, therefore it just looks like you're spouting random numbers.
PM me in forums if you need any help!

WE started 3 man:
DA BrazzMonkey Ranger
DA Chrona Templar
DA D-molisher Witch
After clearing to mudflats, chrona Disconnected.
Then he couldnt restart the game, he got stuck in loading to logon.
So we pushed ahead 2 man, made it to lvl 2 waterfall & lvl 23 and around 50 %.
That was funn as usual, too bad Chrona bugged out.
See you next event and GZ to the winners.

I will tell you that all data are derived from the level and xp of the top 5 from each class and you can test methods to find better approximations to statistics from those. However I do not want people to take the numbers very serious yet. I am still working on how I can get the data to tell as much as possible.
I appear to be living in "Romance Standard Time". That has to be good! :)

I don't think the numbers mean anything.
I've teamed with a top 5 witch the last two tournaments so her numbers are basically my marauders, that doesn't really mean *anything* about how good or bad witches are in comparison to other classes.
