There was an earlier version where the person they "saved" was on the tailgate of the truck and they were driving away with him to get him to a safe area. The driver thought the truck was out of the frame and stopped the vehicle - but you could still see the truck in the frame of the camera. CNN = FAKE NEWS Jennik approves. I would rather the executive branch not have pardons at all, to be honest. I don't understand the justification for putting the President's insights over a judge and jury. Maybe if it was only ever used sparingly, in places where the POTUS has knowledge that nobody else can or have know. Instead we get shit like pardoning Arpaio under Trump or Marc Rich under Clinton.
