sorry sarah but here if you say somthing good about being white you are a white supremacist
one needs to kind of tip toe with language
you can say you are proud of you family but thats the closest you can come
we have to talk in PC language which is hard and confusing to normal folk

but people call me things like cisgender as much as the want (which is extremely offensive) and it just flys

Uhm, what planet are you on, k1? 'Black' is a perfectly acceptable word. Black person is a perfectly acceptable term. 'The blacks' however, is not, because it removes the concept of 'person' from the definition. Equally, I'd say 'the whites' and 'the browns' and 'the yellows' are not acceptable either.
If you live somewhere where the word 'black' itself has somehow become taboo, I truly pity you for living amongst such flagrant ignoramuses.
Why do you consider the term cisgender offensive? I think it's simplistic and somewhat contrary to the idea of a nonbinary gender system, but it's not really offensive to me.
well first understand that race relations have become extremely strained in the US in recent years
its fine to say "this piece of paper is black" but the proper term for black people here is African american. with black friends its ok to say they are black but as a rule its not ok to call people black.
the CiSgender thing is new but I have never seen it used as a positive descriptor and always used as a derogatory remark. I take it with extreme offence
I am not Cisgender dont call me that PC bs its awful
