Hatred can be dropped for anger.
Try to get some rings / amulet with flat elemental damage. The quiver could be exchanged for the other unique or a cheap 25%+ ele damage rare. The bow is not that great (even if it is 5L.) It is up to you if you want to grind out a few more levels to 56 where thickets with double eles are cheap and will put you around 1K dps or find a good grove bow. | |

^ Get rid of those gloves to begin with. You can get 3 GCP or more I think because of the MF and use that to get better gear. Lvl up to 56 in public parties so it is easier and then use money from sold gloves to get thicket bow with 3 ele damage or 2 ele and high physical.

Is there any reason why you aren't using as well? I picked one up the other day, and using the same logic with Blackgleams my damage went up by quite a bit.
