Swap Weapon Elemental for Life gain on hit. I think Weapon elemental should be the 6th link not 5th. LgoH is too good survivability to not use.

Hey there guys!

Fairly new at PoE in general, and this is only my third char above level 50. Currently 69, and I'm having a bit of struggle transitioning towards maps. Lightning Arrow does consistent damage, but it seems a bit... subpar so far. I'm wondering what I might be doing wrong. My bow has decent DPS, and roughly half of it elemental... Can you guys give me some tips as to how I should gear my character?

PS: I know Eye of Chayula isn't really a good choice for this build, but I'm running it for the IIR right now, as I'm doing Docks and I'm already steamrolling it.

Im trying to follow your exact build not sure what im doing wrong, any advice / hints. I feel like im not attacking fast enough and at lvl 83 i only have 3k health.

Litteraly same gear as you (almost) and the same spec, at lvl 85 tho, with a lvl 20 reduced mana, and i'm not able to run my 3rd aura, which makes no sense to me, since you're able to do it with a lvl 20 reduced mana

you can run only 2x 60% auras + a resist aura with this built.

But just to let you know. As a beginner it's really hard to understand what ROA, BM/ML, 5L, HvR, LL, LGoH etc. really means.
Sure google helped me alot, but still didnt have any clue what all that was.

Btw, i think m not going to build with a Lighning Coil, atm (m lvl 84) i don't have any issues with mobs, Ondar's Guile is really powerfull, i take like 1 projectiles for 5 shot, but when i take damage, it's hurt me, perhaps i'll try IR later (today i'll try a Granite Flask, cause i play with Jade then hit like 70% dodge).

Another point i have to try, when my Wrath gems ll hit lvl 20, i'll buy an Alpha Howl with the +2 lvl Aura and an Empower gem, Wrath can hit lvl 24 and give me 24-381 damage (it ll be insane and it can save my ass with "Cant be frozen"), after that, i'll try if aura nodes r rly strong against crit multiplier nodes. Cause actually dunno if + 26% aura effect can beat 70% Crit Multiplier (cost 1 more point).

If u got an idea on this point, just share it with us plz.

If im running a split arrow build without crit would it be better to use Voltaxic or Lionseye?

Is it also pointless to get static blows if using Split arrow?

1.0.2 kills the nodes above Ondar's Guile !

More points for hit them then Phys Dmg, useless with Voltaxic ;;

Perhaps hit those 2 nodes crit near Bloodthirst, the last one near Assassination and why not reach those 4 passiv crit multiplier above Lethality, it'll cost a bit more but now reach 50% Crit Chance and 70% Crit Multiplier.

I saw u throw Aspect of Eagle, i put on my tree but always can find another node more powerfull than 20% Accu like the last node crit near Bloodthirst.
After that, we have 7 nodes 8% Life we can take if we reach 90+ Lvl.
