I leveled as cast on crit discharge with a vagan dagger and a voll's protector & voll's devotion the rest of the way. I went malice build at 70.

Pick up nightstalker and rush all crit/life/es nodes and you should be able to cyclone coc through content. If you don't have a voll's devotion I recommend Bladefall & Vortex in your Chest. (Tabula is fine.)

Nice build mad☺ I got to level 90 with it in Lsc. However i have some small questions
Elemental reflect maps are possible ? Cause it seems impossible for me....
Burning ground maps ?
What gems to use if i want to cyclone bosses ? Multistruke does not work so another red gem ? Life leech maybe ?

Elemental reflect maps are generally impossible for elemental builds doing high dmg.

Burning ground maps should be fine aslong as you're leeching

No idea about cyclone. I made this build back in 2.4 when cospris had a 100ms cooldown. Not sure how the build plays these days.

doing fine with my gear atm just stacking pen where I can running 2x frostbolt threshold jewels/2 snake pits/dory belt for extra pointblank face roll lacking es to tank really high damage tho :^( just trying to get lv.21 gems and 23%q herald of ice for extra dmg. no real high maps yet just doing breachlords, did Atziri, but you kill yourself 90% of the time if lacerate decides to fire a different way into the mirror..

ps i really love the build :v I can't stop playing it

the changes are pretty much lesser aps and less spells more damage on malice

for the ones playing this in 2.6: are you guys doing t15? can someone upload a video of the build in 2.6? thanks

The build can do t15's just fine. I just did one yesterday.
