Witch - 2.6 CI Ignite Flameblast by Waldgaist - very good starting Build and decent Shaper farmer - Forum

Forgive my ignorance as this is my first time following a build and only my second league, but in the '2.5 Breach league gear' section why does the spirit shield have 'Blasphemy support' and 'Area effect support' in it linked to nothing? I thought maybe it was to buff arctic armor but I don't think it'd do anything, right? And you seem pretty on the ball with specific links too. Perhaps you meant to have the top two in the circlet in the shield instead and those two in the shield in the circlet? For bosses he switches and places flammablity into orb of storms-curse on hit link. That way you can run away from boss and he will still get cursed. loving the build, This is my 3rd Season and my third character. Loving the dmg just need a little ES and ill be golden. I have one question thou. With Immortal Call and Endurance Charges, how are you generating more charges? I feel like the answer is right infront of me but for the life of me i can't figure it out. I'm not having any strength problems atm due to my belt. I am having huge dex problems I'm trying to get dex in jewels and maybe on a ring so i don't have to go into a 30 dex node.
