Isn't necessarily relied to the patch, though. PoE already had some (non-reproducible, it seems) problems with fonts since 2.x(1? 2? or maybe even 0? don't even remember). And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff.
