Hi, great build!
One question though, i'm currently level 57 and i'm having a hard time with bosses. I have 5 link vortex (vortex, spell echo, critical strikes, added cold dmg and cold to fire) I have the teleport 3 linked and the Herald of ice 3 linked. Bosses kill me fast, and i seem to deal very little damage to them with 47% crit chance and 5.5k dps? |

Also, i really have to stand next to the boss in order for vortex to hit. I did take some area damage notes but it's not even close to your vids.

Sure i do alot of damage to non bosses.
With what do you link Frostbolt? |

Do you by chance have skill tree progressions? Im not really sure what to take at what point while leveling

Any recommendations on what to look for when shopping for Wands for this build, in order of priority?

" The base doesn't matter for anything but the implicit. I prefer spell damage implicit. And my second question : you have cold leech with doryani belt you have chaos leech with atziri potion but where you take fire leech? |
