I respecced a high level scion into this build (as I didnt want to level, so I went deadeye/assassin ascendancy). There are only a few fundamental differences with my build.
First of all, I have no need for a pierce gem as from the tree/ascendancy and a jewel I can hit 100% pierce chance, so I simply replaced this for a crit multi gem.
As well as this, i'm using acuity for some nice crit chance (to make up for not being assassin), int, and of course the general stats which are desirable.
Im using a kaom's heart as I had one lying around. Do you think I should replace the pierce with a poison gem and play the build this way?
well, you want to poison in some way, so i would recommend taking the poison gem into your setup then :)

hmm, i don't really know why you seem to get recked by those bosses. You mainly just want to stand shooting from a distance, and NOT facetank them :) -your gear seems fine aswell. Maybe it's teh playstyle that needs some adjustment? :P

I really love this build. Though it gets kinda hard now to balance my resists with only 4 rare items. ^^

if it's hard you should try using a purity aura along with your grace :)

Yeah, I had to juggle around with some amulets / rings but the way it is now i really enjoy mapping.

Not to hijack this build with other builds or anything, but I have a question.
For the majority of this league I have been playing a CoC Discharge build, which I have nearly perfected it with and have sunk a majority of my currency with.
I am been really intrigued by this build, but I have a question on the reliability and damage output of this build is comparable to a CoC Discharge build. I ask this question because I have the intention to sell my current CoC Discharge gear in order to fund this build.

I just wanted give you a big shout-out for this build. I'm still very undergeared, but the build's been a lot of fun. Thanks! My one comment is that you often tell people that Blasphemy isn't so good because of the limited radius, but I'm using Blasphemy/Temporal Chains and it's been working out perfectly. I will swap this out once I get curse-gloves, but so far so good. Thanks again for a solid build!

You can actually still run blasphemy/temp chains once you get your curse gloves with Cospris. I really like the added security it gives for bosses like Izaro etc.
