I was really hoping to see the "items drop identified" mod on a piece of jewelry rather than body armor.

Touch of Anguish looks like a perfect claw for my Wildstrike builds. Freezing pulse from WS gets buff and additional chain to the Arc makes this a BiS offhand for WS.

Squares and rectangles. You want a wording that makes sense to the average player? "freeze from critical strike chance does not apply" Now we're not excluding the strike as a whole, only the critical chance and its pretty clear its not excluding freeze from strikes in general. What about "Normal Freeze chance applies during Critical Hits" ?

Meh uniques. I laughed at the quiver being usable for CI, I doubt anyone would choose it over Soul Strike.
Also, Touch of Anguish has the stupidest wording in all of history. Do not always, in normal human language, means sometimes. The phrase makes sense in that two paragraph context we were given and as a CCNA I sometimes do similar things when configuring a router or switch to remove an implicit condition, however... This is a video game being played by people who aren't GGG engineers and programmers. Your explanations of item properties in-game need to be succinct and NOT misleading. "Your critical strikes do not always freeze" is entirely, 100% inaccurate and misleading. Any normal human being is going to assume something like a 30-50% chance of your crit strikes freezing. Please reword this mod, "Your critical strikes have no inherent freeze chance" or "Your Crit Strikes do not have the 'Always Freezes' modifier" or a number of other explanations would be much, much better. Team Won
