[2.3]Dela's Obliterate Build CHEAP & FAST clears 200% life UPDATED

Hello,

I have a doubt in glove you use in your gear , the " shadow and dust" , it has the effect " Cruse enemies with level 12 temporal chains on hit" this effect is an essential part of the build ? I am looking to buy the " shadow and dust" for my gear , however those that have this effect are very expensive , something around 10-20ex

My fear is to look for a glove without this effect and then give me wrong, what do you recommend ?

Absolutely not. NONE of the enchants (boots, gloves, helm, weapons even) are necessary.
There's really Aura that would greatly benefit us. We do have some physical damage, so Hatred is okay, same with Herald of Ash, and then Haste, Arctic Armour, and I guess Grace are good as well. But, compared to other builds we don't really benefit too much from Aura's.

Therefore... I highly suggest you give Vulnerability + Blasphemy a try. Vulnerability is a huge dps boost since it affects our initial hits, and our damage over time. The other nice part is you can keep a leveled enfeeble on your weapon swap so that when you encounter a tougher boss, you can switch vulnerability with enfeeble (example: IZARO!!).

People using vulnerability on hit/temp chains on hit DO NOT have this flexibility, unless they just want to straight up take the gloves off.

---------------------

As for myself, I have almost every aura leveled right now and I'm constantly switching between them. Even after lots of maps and 90 levels, I'm still not sure which I like best. However, these are the two combinations I find myself using the most:

MAX DPS Auras: Blasphemy + Vulnerability + Increased AoE + Herald of Ash. Yes I know AOE is a mana multiplier and it increases blasphemy curse-aura to 49% from 35%. The thing is, I'm very comfrotable running the 49% curse-aura plus 25% Herald of Ash for a total of 74%. It seems to me that 75 and probably even 80% are the sweet spot for mana. It's not so much my attack as it is the frost walls and lightning warp. Anyway, Herald of Ash is also pretty incredible too. The overkill damage can scale off our explosions for massive burns. Also, has great synergy with Vulnerability.

MAX DEFENSE Auras: Blasphemy + Enfeeble + Increased AoE if you want and Arctic Armour. Enfeeble really is a no brainier. It scales beautifully with any evasion character. The same can be said about arctic armour since it offers us flat physical mitigation. I guess if you really wanted too, you could self curse enfeeble, run arctic Armour and haste for movement speed, or grace.

-----------------------

Im running into tons of people that Still don't realize that Shadow is not only viable, but it might be the best assendancy for this build. I know I fully believe it is just from the short time I've played this league, compared to my Witch last league.

Anyway, I plan too make a more detailed build and post in Shadow forum either tonight or tomorrow. That's assuming it's okay with you Dela? I'll give full credit of course.

Vulnerability and enfeeble are auto casted when herald of ash is activated? Or do you need to use it yourself? If you do need to use it yourself it looks like a waste because you dont need it for normal/magic mobs and for bosses using spell totem is more efficient.

It would be possible with Herald of Thunder and a Cast on Hit setup, but not with Herald of Ash. Or just use a CWDT setup with enfeeble and frost wall for (unexpexted) dangerous situations.

Should I take Toxic delivery or deadly infusion as my third enchant? I think it will be a while before I do the uber lab to get the last of the two.
Thanks for the build, finally got my level 90 hardcore achievement :D \o/ almost 92 now.

Yah currently using CWDT + enfeeble + immortal call. Helps a bit with survivability.

I went with Deadly Infusion first, got it by cruel. I figure, since toxic delivery is most effective with crit, you might as well get the crit first.

Hi datbabykilla,

do you think elementalist should grab the additional 50% piece node to make it 100%? is it worth to spend ~7 skill points to get it?

Thanks.

He doesnt have the witch i think. I got witch and the +50% is one of the best dps boosts there is! At first i thought: meh why would i need it? When i got it, i immediately noticed a huge increase of dps. Because everytime you pierce, you create 4 explosions. So its a bit less than double the explosions you create.
