No need to worry that your clear speed will drop. I'm using BV and it's fast...trust me..the trade-off is worth it. Being able to survive at bosses worth dropping the time of clearing a map by 1-2 mins.

Alright, I'll try it when I get some more chromes, thanks. BTW what helm enchant do you recommend? I was aiming for 40% damage without BV or 8% radius with BV.

You definitely should. I dropped almost all crit chance nodes. Right now I have 42.68% crit chance on Cyclone standing still in town. This may seem ridiculously small, but with 6 PC it's already 73.71%, and with Diamond Flask on top of that it becomes 93%. Instead, I have 7 APS standing still in town (without 12% IAS boots enchantment). More charges, more discharges, more damage.

Okay, that seems like a possible solution to the problem, but how do you deal with long single target boss fights like Core Malachai, Uber Atziri and similar when you don't have a diamond flask? I'm assuming it's BV, but I know people play this build without BV and it works just fine for them under pretty much every condition, including mentioned boss fights. It's not like they have another 6L Voll's Protector with 3 greens just waiting to be swapped in for boss fights.

My current Cyclone crit in HO is 57.72% and with 6 charges it's 87.42%, APS in town is 4.29, but with the trickster movement skill buff it's 4.81.

I read that already, but it's just that so many people I've heard say that the 20% not to consume charges is a terrible enchant, that it's just better to go for radius or maybe damage. Like, everyone but you said that the enchant you mentioned is really bad and not worth using so I'm not sure about it.

I simply don't bother with them, it's a very small part of the content (for me, at least). It's not like this build is suited for it anyway. Other T15 bosses (and any other map bosses in general, any dmg/health mods, twinned etc) die under 10-15 seconds (especially with Vaal Haste activated).

You'd be surprised. Also, corrupted Voll's with white socket is a possibility.

In most cases "viable" simply states that a build can do something. Can this build do Uber and Core Malachai? Yes, but it'll be a pain in the ass and slow as hell (at least with Malachai, given a 100+ IIQ map with dmg/health mods and not some blue stuff for pussies), so I don't bother with them on this build. There are other builds (poison trappers etc) that can take hard boss fights with ease, but they lack in other departments. Everything comes at a certain price.

i know most of you guys only have or use 2% life leech in your chest any reason y you dont level it to say 20/20? i have 20/20 n my leech is 48% increased life leech per second... just wondering

If you have Vaal Pact, increased life leech per second has no effect (because leech is now instant).

-10% maximum resistance means that the resistance cap drops to 65%, so any resistance over 125% won't get you past 65% (as that's the new maximum). In other words, you already have enough res.
