[2.3] CoC Cyclone Discharge Trickster! HC/Level 100 Viable!

Hey, I've been playing variants of this build since before blade vortex was released in 2.0.0 and is still one of my favorite builds.

With the addition of two more ascendancy points, we pretty much have to grab swift killer which will now allow us to run all three charges, but with EE I was wondering how this interaction would work. I was thinking it would be better to simply drop EE if I am going to be using frenzy charges (as hitting a boss with all 3 types of elements will boost all their res by 25 for 5 seconds).

Any thoughts for which would be more efficient for boss fights? Dropping EE and running all 3 charges (I have a +1frenzy voll's), keeping EE and still running frenzy charges, skip swift killer and go with patient reaper.

Personally i would keep ee, for people with gg gear (eg skyforths) it would probably be best to get the mana node. otherwise im not sure personally i will prob just grab another 4% attack speed.
Has anyone tried shield charge, was pretty easy to try out on standard seems really fast.

You say voll chest is needed but wouldnt skyforth plus es chest or even shav's be better?

I have a question, since i'm quite noobish. Could you maybe put the gem level + quality that is reasonable or needed in the guide? Respectively can I use the gems, you have socketed in the items in the build?

Just level a discharge in an alt weapon while you level and its fine. You want to start leveling gems as soon as they are available. If you just buy a level 1 discharge at level 70 though, you will be in some major pain as spell gems are very dependent on gem level. So it should be around your level.

I like the chest much better. 25% chance to gain a charge on crit vs 100% chance. PC generation is much better with the chest.

Skyforth are insane, but I think they are better suited for other builds.

thanks for the quick answer. So since I'm quite newish to the game, i'm doing my build like 1:1 as I see it on here. The gemlevels of your cwdt-setup for example. can I just use it as it stands in the build?
LifeLeech on level 2? why the auras on lvl 19 ? would 20 make them to mana expensive?

Lifeleech does not get leveled because we instantly leech and leech levels only increase the rate of leech which only effects non-instant leech.

I'd level as Blade Vortex, Blade Fall, Spark, Firestorm, w/e. Do not level as discharge imo. I switch around 60-70.

CWDT setup is w/e you want just don't over level them.

Auras should be 21 or 20. I just didn't get them to 20 on perandus as I went to to other builds before then.
