[2.3] CoC Cyclone Discharge Trickster! HC/Level 100 Viable!

I think I'm pretty much done gearing.. just looking for some better boots maybe. I've never leveled this fast before.. great build. gonna try to take it to 100. I'm toying with the idea of dropping life leech for increased AoE and surviving off the boot enchant.. that makes me worry about taking too much damage from bosses though.

How important is the "hits can't be evaded" part of the dagger ? Don't think I can drop 3-4 ex for a dagger yet.

So until I get a voll's amulet, I should run blasphemy warlords mark for sure?

Buy a shitty one with crit chance for 10 chaos. If you're on Perandus Hardcore, I'll give you one for free. The dagger is integral to the build.
