Daresso's Passion - ... level 43 rapier with borderline shitty dps. Who will bother to manage frenzy charges to use this crap for few levels? Design = flawed

Glitterdisc - Seems useless. Very specific Spell/Attack Block, with only 25% chance... errrr, yeah.

Flask of Works - this is one is pretty cool. Nice!

Varunastra - this one sounds pretty cool, also. Not sure if damage is high enough, but lets hope so.

They had to replace all the leveling uniques that they effectively removed by bumping their rarity up to either shavs tier or just below it because people used them in "budget" builds. I think a couple were moved so that they wouldn't show up in races anymore as well, so you know even if you don't race you still get boned.
