(2.1) Demopolos' Life-based CoC Cyclone Discharge (OP damage/Uber Viable)

I'm currently trying to revive an old CoC Cyclone Discharge build using a Staff, but all CoC Discharge builds seem to be pre-2.2, so it is almost impossible to find material for comparison skill tree wise.

Is this build going to be updated, or would anyone be willing to help me out theorycraft a 2.2 build? I've made a thread for it here:
