With expansion next month you might not want to do a Scion, we have yet to see the tree for scion but I doubt it beats what Necromancy has to offer...

- 98% effect of Non-Curse Auras you Cast: - Anger - Hatred

+also effects haste - clarity

P.S you can try to drop some life nodes from tree for extra jewels if you like , also if you can get 350-360mana reg/sec you can drop spell echo for another dps boos gem

my self record was like
373mana reg/sec
47 srs (without spell echo)
4,3k HP
10 jewels
21/20 gems are recomended for srs setup + auras

and please try to link enlighten(4) - clarity - haste

How does EE help if you run the anger aura? Anger adds fire damage to arc which gives monsters +25 fire res
