like, where to put 10, 20, 30 and so on skill points

i was planning on leveling with flame totem and firestorm

Yeah, it's very easy to play this build

If u can get a Pledge 5l its ok, until then u can use an Rare Helm +2minion on 4l...

I will make later a leveling passive trees

I don't get why u think about blood magic, on end game it's useless + stacking mana allow u to even cast them on end game build with all auras (you can see my 100 life reg/sec and how fast u will casting your life its going down + even u need flasks for fast refill)

Without echo and with vaal haste u summon almost 40...You just can't remove Spell echo from SRS, this gem allow u max summon SRS + run and cast for save farm (Supported Spells Repeat an additional time) , u won't have enough mana reg to sustain summon without echo don't forget...
