How do you get such high tooltip avg?

I am running a similar build, but I am going Staff+Kaoms. I have the Celestial judgement+Breath of fire and I'm running Firestorm lvl 18 on a 5L+2 staff with Anger and I have only 1.8K avg. I know that Void manipulation is big more, but Fire pen is similar modifier (gives even more dmg vs resistant mobs). Could you post your avg. without RF and Void manipulation for comparison?

I use jewels and have level 20 gems at this point. I respec'ed some points and I believe I'm around 5800 tooltip with RF running, 3700 without. Fire pen, unless I'm mistaken, will not be shown in the tooltip, because that's just penetrating resistances. I actually respec'ed out of the spell damage cluster in Scion, the elemental damage in Shadow, and have focused entirely on my jewels for damage and it still outputs crazy damage, still able to kill uber with the setup.

Are you using controlled destruction and concentrated effect? The lack of two extra more multipliers would explain part of the reason for the damage decrease, and my infernal mantle puts my firestorm to level 21 right now (need to corrupt one to 21 to boost it to 22).

I'll try to get a screenshot up a little later of my current tree and damage

I am using those 2.

My gems are at about level 19 (Firestorm atleast). They are sockted in +2 to fire gems staff.

I am not running any jewels atm (didnt get around to buying them), but I will have about 3 easily available.

I will probably spec out of the Heart of Warrior cluster and get around 10 more points to spend.

Avg. dmg is around 2.2K in town. I am debating on using Clear mind+MoM and running clarity on life vs using Anger+clarity on mana. I'll have to see about that.

I could get Doryani's belt, I am pretty sure I can drop the 20% cluster+HP on belt and still be around 5.5K. Might need to find an ammie with HP roll.

Did you try Emberwake? I dont know what my next major upgrade (besides upgrading my rares) should be. I have around 2-3 ex. Ideally I'd want +3 6L staff, but I dont know. I think my options are 6L (which I'll alt to +2), 5L searing touch (+emberwake?) or 5L+3 staff.
What are the songs that play during your deathless uber run?
Thanks for the awesome build. Please after you try Lightning Coil let us know how hard is clearspeed affected by this change. Im also considering a slight variation of the build with going low life and shavs, but the damage hit will be the same and im not sure if its viable

Something to consider, how much fire/spell damage are you getting from your staff and other gear? It isn't an enormous amount but Consuming Dark and Infernal Mantle give roughly 100% increase spell/fire damage together.

I would not dare try Emberwake myself for this setup. The structure I have right now would not function without the new poison changes, and I feel like poison is far superior. I don't have any direct experience with the ring, but everything I've heard about it is very bad (except when used with The Taming, then it's absolutely stupid).

Just at a glance though, consider that you're taking a 80% less multiplier per burn effect on your target when using Emberwake. From the wiki: "The base duration of ignite is 4 seconds. The burning damage over time is 20% of the initial hit of fire damage, per second. Therefore, over the base duration the target will take 80% of the damage dealt by the original hit." This means after the 80% less multiplier, we are dealing 16% of the hit damage over those four seconds.

Chaos deals 10% of the hit damage per second for 2 seconds, while Emberwake deals 4% of the hit damage per second over 4 seconds. Emberwake could be at an advantage when combined with Flammability and Elemental Weakness, but curses have 60% reduced (not more) effect on unique map bosses. Chaos damage gains access to Void Manipulation, 39% more multiplier in exchange for 25% reduced elemental damage (a ridiculous tradeoff, absolutely negligible). It is inconclusive to me as to whether or not Burn Duration is affected by Increased Skill Duration, which would have a substantial impact on DPS. Even still you're burning for slightly less damage over twice the duration, AND that's only if you ignite the target.

Critical hits will always ignite a target but you lose critical damage through Emberwake. Otherwise, you need to rely on ignite passives and items, and one source of ignite on the tree is up in Witch, which is a death sentence for this build. The highest base critical strike chance for spells is 7%, and this is shared with Discharge and Ice Spear (which can be made fire damage with Pyre, or cause burning with Three Dragons but then you lose your double dip fire/burn damage).

Ech... And then there's reflect, ultra resistant mobs stacked well beyond 75%, the map mods... Chaos feels far superior in my opinion.

Core and Megolavania, both from the game Undertale

I question the clearspeed on the build as a whole. I attempted Core a little while ago (90% extra damage as lightning, beyond, tempest, poison on hit, Vulnerability). I was nearly able to kill Malachai but he was killing me in one hit (without RF on, so that's 5800 hp and 1000 ES), and I burned through all the portals. I didn't upload it though, the attempt took close to 50 minutes I'd say.

I've taken a bit of a hiatus from Path but when I do I'll add more info on it. I intend to try beating Atziri with a Tabula as a first test, since Lightning Coil offers no offensive stats relevant to us.

I have around 70% from Staff and 20% from ammie. Oh and 25% from Kaoms.

I am also questioning the clear speed, and TBH, it's starting to get boring.

I mean jeah I have >6K HP, dmg to comfortably do Atziri etc., but to me the clear speed comparing T1 and T10 maps is pretty similar. You have to cast 2x per pack of mobs anyway (echo) so it doesn't matter if I am clearing blues in 1 second of firestorm or 2.
Killed Uber with this build at level 87. It's really fun and pretty easy. I went deathless on my first attempt too.

I did switch to a Doryani's Fire Belt along with a 2% life regen ammy just to make RF a bit easier to maintain.
First Off, thank you for the amazing build, it's a TON of fun, and pretty much what i've been looking for, just re done my scions tree to this build, and absolutely love it!
I love it a lot, because it can easily do uber when you get the hang of atziri, which i've been looking for a build that can do it with ease.

I always like the duration spells that you can cast a few times and run around dodging shit while your spell does the work, instead of having to always stand still to do your damage.

One thing i gotta get use to is how slowly you have to clear maps, sure the build does a lot of dmg, but maybe im just not used to how weird the mechanics are, but i used to play A LOT of phys bow ranger with like 80% movement speed 1shotting packs with a 414dps bow, even though that was a ton faster clear speed, this build is waaaaay more fun. I love whirling blades because it's such a fast movement skill, it literally feels like you have 100% dodge to everything.

Just one thing i want to ask is, well 2 things, Do you think warlords mark linked to a cwdt would be better or just keep it as a totem, and do you think this build will still be use-able in 2.2, cause it's a TON of fun!

My Current gear
Spoiler

5.7k life 1k es, and like 4k dps firestorm w/ RF on a 5L and easily maxxed resistance's
Thank you again for sharing this build!

I actually have been out of the loop for awhile, and I might take a break until the next league (My whole goal this league was literally just to kill uber atziri XD). Has any information been posted about 2.2 in regards to poison/chaos damage?

I'm always afraid of having CWDT linked with a curse because I'm fearful that its internal cooldown might conflict with Immortal Call. I don't know if each spell has its own cooldown or if they function off the same cooldown... I'm sure it's documented and tested somewhere but I don't remember the terminology on the wiki. I can't fully remember, I'd double check the wiki on that one.

It's worth noting for Uber Atziri that CWDT+warlord's mark will reflect it to you--the totem bypasses this. WM doesn't sound like much but remember it increases your chance to be stunned and the stun duration.
I believe both ranger and shadow have damage over time and or chaos boosts, if you can some how manage the tree around either of those classes Id love to see the tree.

You are correct yeah, the Shadow is actually the most efficient with this build (2 points more efficient than Scion, which lets us head into the dualist life nodes much quicker). It's functionally identical, just remove the two starting Scion nodes and you have the shadow tree :D
