I was surprised at how effective the CWDT curses were. They work well enough though and my first HC toon followed this build to the letter and I only died at 89 in a T13 map because I was chatting with guildies and died to CB. Bosses are especially easy, can facetank Minotaur.

The only real problem with the build is it lacks DPS for the Shaper fight but with a few tweaks that can be overcome and with it you can take Vaal Pact and drop IM so you can run blasphemy auras.

Will this build still shine in 2.6?

Honestly... I might be a noob in this game... but after reading the patch notes, I think, there will not be too much that changes for this build. Except for the obivous of course: Vaal Disc nerf and inc. aoe nerf.

So maybe one might prefer to go for Vaal Pact. Which is what I will most likely try to do. Maybe pick up less increased aoe.... I'm not to sure.

So from my small point of view, lacking the ability to see the bigger picture, I can't tell, whether the buffs to other builds (which there seem to be plenty) will make them outshine this one. Overall though, This build should still be very playable and it will be the one I will go for at the start of Legacy, cause I just love the playstyle. <3

I think I will replace Vaal Disc for the Fire Elemental and maybe put Enhance into the helmet. I'm not sure whether or not there is a better solution, but this one definetly should be viable. Also I'm currently thinking about using Vaal Clarity in stuff like no reg / leech maps, putting the elemental back into it's original place. This should provide quite useful.

Vaal disc is still going to be a good bet to get your ES regen going in oh shit moments. Not much has changed for ZO vs VP other than ZO location. I think I prefer the VP version but both are perfectly fine from almost all content in the game.

If you go double CD version like I did, I took very little AoE and actually ran with CE most of the time. Clear speed drops a bit but not as much as you would think.

2.6 Update! No major changes. Build should still be the strongest budget bosskiller (at least till 3.0) Less AoE isn't actually bad because it increases your single target damage. I personally hate the new Zealot's Oath position, none of my builds travels there -.- Will propably make the VP version the to go variant, since everyone is following the meta anyways.

Want to start legacy with your build. Played before with tricurse WI.
Sorry but where do you get the leech ES?
And i am fan of CI leveling, this can be a problem with your build?

You get the leech ES from Warlord's Mark.

I think there should be no specific problem with CI leveling if you're used to it. It's just that leveling with life is more comfortable and easier for most people.

Would the new Incandescent Heart be a viable alternative to IM with the new added chaos dmg?

I did try to keep close to your old Leveling steps and did it in poeplanner, as it's easier to use and they already use the new passives.

You will loose a tiny bit of tankyness during leveling though, as I did not take the templar life nodes - We do not get close to them anymore.
