You could try replacing portal with Rallying Cry, it's basically an additional damage buff to the level of flame golem. But something you just have to remember casting every 10+ sec around a pack of mobs. Also, I don't know the math in regards to it, but maybe try replacing elemental focus for Increased Duration (let's all the effects stay on longer), EF removes to burn off Firestorm.

[edit] Double checked and with only flame golem, I run 2.5k firestorm dps in hideout on my 5L Mantle. It jumps to around 3.6k when Ele Overload procs in combat.
