A few new map recipes:

1 normal + 1 magic + 1 rare map of the same type and level gives you a random unidentified magic map of the next level.

3 rare maps of the same type and level give you a random unidentified rare map of the next level.

Hi,

I try to obtain Blacksmith's Whetstone with trading different rare weapons ((word, mace, claw and foil) of different quality.
The total conbination give me more than 40% of quality but the trading does not offer any BW.
Do you know where is the problem ?

The problem is how the game prioritizes rewards: A magic or rare item will give a scrap of wisdom or any number of alternation shards above anything else.

Hello

I have tried again and increase the number of item to go ahead of 40% and it works giving me orb of augmentation + Blacksmith's Whetstone.
I have perharps made a wrong choice first time.

Since it is a returning problem: I will create a section about the prioritizing feature of the vendor-system. Basically the game has a way of prioritizing value of the items you present for vendors. Some of these priorities are not to the players advantage and it can cause some frustration. I need to make a few tests before the section can go live.

The best way to help me find your problems is to send me screenshots of the tradewindow and a detailed description of the mods and/or quality of the item you sell, upload it to imgur.com or another free photo-storage, take the link to your uploaded photo and tag it with "image" and tell what you expected to get.

hi, I can confirm that 40% quality from maps gives you a chisel. didn't take a screen but I can reproduce it any time.

5 flasks of the same type gives you a new random one of the same tear.

Did not work for me. For 5 great life flasks I got one scroll of wisdom.

They have to be (at least) magic. (The recipe works with all (same) items of magic or rare kind, if these are available) Dont know if anybody was able to test it with uniques ^^
