" I took them out as I am converting to chaos damage with Consuming Dark. |

" Nice Dagger!, I updated the build and changed a bit! |

Updated Build with little changes on Gem/Tree for 2.1
Since chaos damage is really good now, I changed tree a bit to make it better with consuming dark. Took out fire penetration, added more jewels etc. Last edited by GeGuRi#1252 on Dec 21, 2015, 5:30:57 AM

" Thanks again for the build, I've been using it THC to great success. Currently level 83 and mapping around Tiers 5-7. I mostly followed your OP, but I'm using Blasphemy-Enfeeble instead of Temp Chains because I feel that the 30% damage reduction is much more valuable in HC. The build really came together when I started using Blade Vortex to generate power charges, as the skill synergizes nicely with build's playstyle of dropping totems and using whirling blades to "corral" mobs into the flameblast. Since I don't have to do anything while the totems are charging up, it gives the perfect opportunity to whirl around, get some Power charges, and cast Enduring cry before blowing everything to smithereens. It's almost like a dance, there is a certain rhythm to it, and strategically placing the totems to explode in a cascade takes practice and concentration. And having a Divination Distillate has been a huge boon cause I can just pop that baby right before I detonate both flameblasts = ez farming. I feel bad for the people who saw "flameblast totem" and immediately wrote it off as boring because it's honestly one of the more fun builds I've yet played. Gear is still pretty mediocre, been getting pretty bad drops this whole league...
Spoiler
What do you think are the best jewels for this build? Crit multi, fire damage, life? Last edited by Trentemoller#3637 on Dec 29, 2015, 4:17:54 PM

" Just FYI there's a random node taken above Trickery that doesn't need to be there. |
|
" Thanks! Updated the passive tree with a bit more strength/dex, also changed starting nodes for casting speed. |
|
" Thanks for sharing! For Jewels: Must have: % Maximum Life Rest: 1st tier: - Chaos Damage (if you have full chaos convert, it increases poison damage as well) 2nd tier: - Crit multi / fire damage / totem damage / spell damage / cast speed / area damage |
