I have zealot's oath so that I can maintain my energy shield on mana from EB.
Although I'll lose some life regen, I'll be able to get Mind over Matter.
30% of the damage taken will be reduced from energy shield, and without ZO, i'll have to keep stop for few seconds to recharge my ES. Since I was lacking es/es regen, I am also using Endurying cry with Increased duration, which also makes me even tankier.

So basically you are able to take MoM with ZO along with EB, and this should help with your survivability.

With EE and a 10-stack (and crit!!!), I can see a lot of potential. (2-stack self-cast...WTF?)
