First of all the leech that makes it good doesn't work for you. The strength you can get on a rare belt will give you almost half the dmg doryanis invitation will give you, but a rare belt can give you a lot more life. So ultimately with this build, the scaling is done by stacking STR. Not by taking damage nodes on the tree, right? I would compare this to another Incinerate totem build minus RF and I can't decide which is superior. You still pick up a decent amount of dmg nodes on the tree, but yes, a large portion of the damage comes from strength. I don't think HoI would work with CoI. How would you freeze mobs to trigger it, and am not sure either if it even procs if the totem gets the kill instead of you.
