[0.10.1b] Failed to connect to instance

This has just started happening to me.

Im checking all my drivers and going to try different server, I get roughly same ping on usa or singapore.

It is in no way a driver problem. It is definitely server side.

Same problem for me, cannot even get out of town :(

Lost 2 Maps this way.


I still can't join any map instances after an hour. Tried all gateways. The very moment I enter a map portal, it goes back to the login screen.

such a shame this might be permanent ?

a server restart might fix everything?

Same issue for me. Can load town but no instances 90% of the time. Was fine yesterday.

Failed to connect for almost 3 days and its still the same.

I had this happen when ever the "Running water" music is played when trying one of the first few zones in act 3.

To fix I "x" out (close) the poe client. Then restart the client, then waypoint with control click, if I do not get the running water sound when on the loading screen between instances it works.

Could be coincidence though....

Experiencing the same issue upon attempting to zone to Crossroads in Act 2 with my Templar. Hoping to have this issue resolvedd fast, I tested with two different characters for two different waypoints in the same act, with different results. My findings are below:


Character name: MightyMike
Class: Templar
Server: Singapore
Level: 21
Can zone to Crossroads: No
Can zone to Forest Entrance: No
Notes: Attempted zoning to Crossroads approx. 15 times. Got error message "Failed to connect to instance".


Character name: MightyMikeDK
Class: Ranger
Server: Singapore
Level: 31
Can zone to Crossroads: Yes
Can zone to Forest Entrance: Yes
Notes: Successfully zoned to either waypoint on first try.


I also ran a Pack Check. No results.

The game is basically unplayable for me until this issue is resolved.

Class: Mara
Gateway: Singapore / America
Level: 82
Issue : Can not zone in to MAP instance or other hunting zone. Everytime i try to zone in will get disconnected.
