Theoretically, if cursed mob hits you and you block damage, will that damage return to him?
I read about that skill on wiki, but don't know if it still in the game.

No. A blocked hit by definition has no damage.
pvp wise: players are unique enemies, right?

I'm wondering what the changes are...
What kind of enemies are players in pvp qualified as?
I have runes, potions and total disregard of public safety.
Players are currently only available at normal rarity.
If you can find a way to upgrade players to magic or above*, and give them random mods, punishment will note the difference, but until then, they're all normal.

*There totally isn't any secret involving putting orbs of transmutation, alchemy or chance in the map recepticle
