Ground Slam gains +4% increased physical damage each level, not "more damage". First your increased modifiers are added up and applied as one to your base damage, then the more/less modifiers are applied to that total.

So a simple example for a 150-300 mace with 125% IPD using level six ground slam might look like:

(150 * (2.25+0.20)) * 0.88
to
(300 * (2.25+0.20)) * 0.88

(base dmg * (125% IPD on weapon + 20%IPD from lvl 6 skill) * 12% less damage from skill

I think it's not logical for ground slam to use accuracy (as someone already claimed). You're not hiting people directly with your weapon, it hits an aoe on the ground, you can't actually use your "accuracy" for this, therefore it shouldn't be affected by accuracy. For example, it could be a spell that deals physical damage (according to weapon damage or not). I'm quite sad there aren't any spell that deals physical damage (expect detonate dead, but it's not its main damage source), ground slam seems to fits perfectly to this role.

Does Ground Slam Alternate weapons when Dual Wielding or does it use both at once?

You should have done the same for cleave, really...
It would solve so many issues...

That would require a bunch more animations to be done, unfortunately.
I do not beleive ground slam should be affected by your accuracy, not just because it doesn't make sense, but seeing the spell rupture the ground under an enemy to no effect just feels awful, like shooting a frozen orb into a pack of cold-immune mobs in D2.

Also in terms of the 'hit' animation, it feels a bit off, the ones close to you should be hit first, farthest last, but it seems like they're all hit at once, making the actual animation seem disconnected and awkward.
I think this might be a bug. I had ground slam equipped with a one handed club, checked the dps, then put a one handed sword in the other hand, and the dps went up. Either the dps is displayed incorrectly or the skill is allowing the use of a sword, right?

The DPS calculator on the character screen doesn't understand that ground slam won't work with the sword - because all it has to work with are stats, and that information isn't in the stats system (yet). So it sees you dual wielding and assumes you'll be able to use both weapons.

This will be fixed in future.
