Elemental Weakness

How many more years is it going to be that anomalous elemental weakness is just worse than default quality until you reach level 36 and 50% quality + 0% curse effect from gear/tree/etc...?

and if you get the minimal amount of curse effect(17%) elsewhere even a lvl 40/99% anomalous is weaker(compared to default).

possibly consider changing this alt quality bonus to something... else(also this alt quality doesn't fit the theme of alt qualities(which is to do something different than the main), it does the same thing as default quality... but worse(outside of lvl 36-40 and 50%+ quality and 16% less curse effect, which nobody is really achieving for a curse they are running).

This spell is part of a constellation no caster can avoid:
1. element specific curse,
2. specific penetration,
3. +1 curse,
4. this general elemental curse.

Because on regular mobs this doubles spell damage, while on highly resistant mobs this allows for spell damage at all.

The new Svalinn shield triggers elemental spells on block. Elemental weakness is not considered an elemental spell because it doesn't have fire/cold/lightning tags. I guess it works as intended but feels silly. It's literally in the name.
