[2.1 Video Guide] Crit Magma Orb Guide - Dropping Bombs! [SC Build & Atziri Viable]

Hi, I started this league 1 week ago and now I got a 82 with this build but really.. its kinda weak. Its possible to change the build now or its too late? like changing some spells or dont know, I'm new to this

A question I have for this is why don't we get Explosive Impact. In total, it's about 5 points (1 Int node to get there from the build) 55% fire damage and 4% Area Radius, seems like it was made for Magma Orb.

Try out some change to have more survivability or more boost on damage.
Personally i find weak on ES regen and low on it about 1.3K so i change on three and try to use different skill.

I like that 5 point too but dont know what to drop for the moment until i get 5 extra level on my PG.

I don't recommend that. Survivability is hard enough to get to begin with as casters atm =)

I just found a jewel that I think is perfect for the build, any ideas where to modify the skill tree to put this in?

Thanks for build. It was an inspiration to do mine.
I found out that survability is very low due to that I had to make some changes to it and now it's really fun to play : - ).


First of all - we need a dagger as a weapon. IT'S A MUST. Whirling blades with faster attacks will save your exp points.
Secondly - I do not use Eldtrich Battery. I removed those two skill points it and put into mana regen, because even on maps 73 white ordinary monster were hitting me for like 50% hp.
I decided to put TWO assasin's mark gems into my build.
Tactic is simple - you use blades to get to mobs, use curse, run a bit away, spam with magma orbs. If you play with HP character, and you have much regen, consider Zealot's Oath.
For now 75 rare maps are not a challenge. I haven't found any higher maps so far, but I am @ 81 level now.
I plan to get to HP/ES nodes on south of Nimbleness.
DPS 24,050 with clarity - herald of thunder - herald of ice
Life 4,341 ES 2,384
42,7% crit charge without golem or power charges. If we are at charges - I stayed with 4 but prolonged their duration. It's kinda neccesary to sustain ES regen.

Basically it's all you need. You can use remaing slots in items to exp your gems up..

Just tried this build in the new Season..
At first i wanna say, nice build for beginners!! and good farming speed in level 68-74 Maps

As allready all said, the defense is kinda "weak".
But with some tuning this build is fine, even in Level 77-79 maps. Ofc there are some bosses we should dodge, but in general it's good. I've respecced some points into life or es and running it with discipline. (+ herald of ice and thunder)

An other option - respecc the 2 points from Eldrich, specc them into "Deep Thoughts" and play with Clarity instead of Discipline.. There are so many options to make this build "stronger" in defense.

Sitting here with Tabula Rasa and buffed DPS 27,5k (no charges! - with charges it raises the 30k+)
A nice item too is Hrimnor's Resolve and it is kinda cheap. It fits my gear perfectly.

It pushs the DPS more then a Divinarius and it's very good for Magma Orb.

Thank you for the build, however i dont know how i am suppose to run the 4 auras, i have taken the 14% reduced mana nodes but its not enough... could you explain how to do this please much appreciated.
