Explosive Arrow Marauder (Updated for Release)

I read some contradictary things about evading the EA-Explosion.
Can anyone of you put that clear, i can not evade this explosion because the explosion itself has 100% Chance to hit?

Thanks! :)
You can't evade it because it isn't considered an attack or a spell... It's in a really weird place.
what have you been doing lately with this char pastromy? Still using the same endgame build? Any pvp?
Sadly, I haven't been able to do much with it. I'm busy in the real world doing research and looking for a new, full-time job. I do know that Deltrus and a few others have pushed the limits of the build though.

def understandable. I'm approaching the point with my char when he's "finished" (err I think) and I must say I have had an absolute blast with this spec....now its just deciding the new char...I think lol
I see you don't get any fire/projectile/area damage from the tree, so do you get some from your gear? Or is the damage sufficient without it?

You can really only get additional fire damage from ring/amulet or carcass jack. Finding a ring or amulet with the right stats and 10 or more fire damage is tough.

The stats on this are low but I can't seem to find anything better.

I used this for a very long time until I could swap in andvarius.

With all quality gems maxed level, the only passive nodes you really need are Amplify and the pyromaniac circle.
Yea...

Most of the damage comes from EE, Fire Pen, and Flammability. EE is EXTREMELY efficient.

The %fire damage on your rings and amulets is very helpful as well.
Having +%fire dmg is luxury imo and should always have less priority than HP/Res (im playing onslaught tho)
Your damage output should be more than enough to steam roll most mobs anyways.

I don't really understand the disliking of EE now. Even in group play its damn awesome if u dont just join some random group setup. Depending on the setup u can increase the dmg by 50% even against curse immune mobs.
The only negative i have found with EE is that if you miss your target due to bad clicking and/or a stray arrow hits a random thing you get a splash of fire on a creature then they are fire resistant.

No biggy just got to make sure you hit with the split arrow first.

Currently 53 Onslaught starting merciless, I am an average skilled player and this build works great for me
