Explosive Arrow Marauder (Updated for Release)

I have a doubt, is set the fuses damage when stick in the mobs, or later, just when all fuses explode?

I wonder, would it be worth it to lose some survivability in soft core, and pick up and the fire dmg nodes I am so close too?

I already have 3.1 health at 63 with not the best gear so im wondering if damage would be more beneficial for maps?

my build so far...was heading towards the evasion nodes, but wondering if grabbing fire dmg would be okay too?

Hey guys, Im currently in a bit of trouble and maybe u can help me out.

Okay so here’s the deal: Im currently in the middle of act 2 cruel ground slamming my way through, but as more mobs do more and more ele dmg, its getting really hard to stay alive. My gear is absolutely shitty except for my damage and leech. My question is now if I should switch to EA already, even tho Im still missing the extra burn dmg nodes at the Templar tree and Iron Reflexes. This is my current tree, still optimized for melee and I dont have respec points left:



I got me an ilvl 55 Quill yesterday, and also got the following gems: lvl 10 EA 8%, Prolif, Fire Pen, Chance to Ignite, Split Arrow, Chain, LoH, Flammability, a leveled Decoy Totem. Still missing faster cast, blind.

The biggest problems are my shitty items, some of them aren’t even magic :D have a look:



I would love to buy upgrades, but many upgrades are quiete expensive already and Im kinda broke, 3 chaos, 6 chance, 30 alts, 1 fus, 3 yeweller and 30 chroms is pretty much all I have. And its hard to farm for upgrades, currency or sellable items, because its getting harder and harder.

Its like a vicious circle. Whats my best shot now?

Personally, I would transition to EA at this point.

problem is that I cant respec, I dont have any regrets, nor the currency to buy them. plus I cant farm or progress, because it is very slow and I die if Im not super careful. Its annoying. I dont get how people can be lvl 75+ at this point.. how do they do this

Your gear is total garbage. I have gear for level 1 in my stash that is 2x as good as it. You have melee damage on full life linked to your offensive abilities but you will almost never be at full life. You should just find 2 armor based four sockets and alch them. Link your ground slam with faster attacks, added fire damage, and melee physical damage. Run hatred off of your mana pool. Get 70+ life on every piece of gear.

Players that get to 75+ at this point optimize their defenses so they never die and then optimize their offenses so that they can do pretty good damage with a 4L.

You can run the respec quests when you are done with merciless city of sarn grinding and have a 5L quill.

lol thanks for the great advice, can u maybe give me 2 exaltet? as I said, Im broke. didnt have any drop luck yet, 3 chaos 2 alch thats all I got at this point. Yeah Im gonna buy some 4Ls but first I need regrets to respec. Will join groups to level and do some quests, thats the plan now. U cant just "get 70+ life on all your gear + 4L + right colors" and "run merciless sarn and get a 5L quill" ^^ no offense but if it was that easy I wouldve done it already.

Just alch a 4L that is the right colours. Even if it doesn't have life then just use it anyways and get life on other gear. It is actually really easy to get life on gear -- check vendors, ID blues of slots that you need life on, etc. Look at the race threads - people at the end of 135 min races have more life than you do. EDIT: apparently people don't post a lot in race threads anymore. Not much of a sample for loot D:

Alright, seems as I managed to pull myself out of the swamp by my own hair.

Here's the current Anarchy equipment Im using, pretty happy. ~70 IIQ and ~150 IIR with culling. Resistances will be capped as soon as I got a 5L on the chest.



I wonder if I should exalt the Astral Plate sometime in the future.. maybe even use an Eternal before I do, because it could roll +#Armor +%Armor but also Stun Recovery or Thorns
