Must be a website bug. There is no way that it doesn't have 6 affixes already. You can try exalting it if you want - it will not work.

That might be a hybrid armor and block/stun recovery roll... It also might have a armor roll mixed in (since 49% is rather high for a hybrid roll). Anyway, the point is, you can have 6 properties with only 5 affixes.
