is this build hardcore viable?

Has anyone played this build in Hardcore and can give any feedback on its viability?
Also im currently struggling with the progression through the passive tree since i dont know what i should skill first. I went first into the duelist area and now im progressing to the shadow area at lvl 39 |

yea low lvls were hard. but im lvl 57 now and its starting to become better and better.

What do you play more off in pvp lib ea or hybrid pa/ea, ive recently levelled a ea scion but since i dont like it that much for pve will prob more use it in pvp.
